Rent Collection & Financial Reporting
Elstrong uses a stream-lined property management software for collecting and tracking rent payments. We also provide full property accounting with monthly financial reporting. Elstrong provides real-time reporting on your properties performance at any given moment and will release earnings to owners regularly or as requested.
Evictions and Tribunals
We are here to intiate and follow through from start to finish any evictions should they arise. A qualified representative will handle all tribunal requirements to complete the eviction process. Maintenance & Repairs
Yearly and seasonal maintenance for all properties will be scheduled and followed-up with to ensure your property is being maintained and preserved. We will ensure we are finding the right vendors/pricing to fit with your properties budget and needs. Tenant repairs will be acted on quickly, and unit turnovers will be scheduled accordingly with repairs needed for new tenant move-ins.
