Elstrong has been operating in Sault Ste Marie for over 30 years. During that time we have managed many commercial and residential properties with great care and professionalism.

We have recently updated our name to Elstrong Property Services vs. Elstrong Management Limited, as the original owner (David & Maureen Elgie) have now started their much deserved retirement and have handed the reigns over to Courtney Slaght who has been with Elstrong for over 10 years. David & Maureen have been great mentors and have provided exceptional knowledge and support for us to continue providing top notch service to our existing and potential new clients.

Our current properties consists of high rise professional buildings, warehouses, strip malls/plazas and residential apartment complexes. We are happy to converse with you about your properties, and assess it’s needs and requirements. Although we most typically manage multi-unit properties of 12 or more, we are open to discuss properties under 12 units. Single could be accomodated if there are multiple single units.
